Oman Infrastructure Investment Management SAOC (“OIM”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical business conduct across all of our operations and relationships.

To support this commitment, the Company has established a whistleblowing mechanism that enables all stakeholders to report concerns relating to fraud, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, breaches of law or regulation, or any other form of misconduct.

All reports are treated confidentially and handled with appropriate care and discretion. The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith, even where the concern is ultimately not substantiated.
