With more than 500 wholesale units and cold stores, and over 2,500 daily produce transfers, it represents critical national infrastructure in the truest sense—the kind of essential, hard-to-replicate asset Rakiza is built to own.

As a 60% owner, Rakiza has played a central role in bringing Silal to life and ensuring it performs as intended. Our involvement has spanned the full greenfield journey, from project managing and delivering the facility within a compressed timeline to driving commercial success by increasing occupancy across its refrigerated warehouses and optimising the tenant ecosystem.
